Hi, I see that the game has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, there are paywalls that make leveling up an absolute nightmare for new players—such as only getting energy every 15 minutes or having a maximum energy cap of 100. Perhaps these mechanics could be adjusted to be more standard, while offering paying players something like special clothing—gear that provides protection without being overpowered, but features a unique design. That would definitely help attract new players who can recognize the game's potential without being immediately deterred by the forced waiting times. I’d also really like to see an XP bar somewhere so I could get a rough idea of how much longer it will take to reach the next level.

The thing is, Torn City holds itself back because players can only attack four times and then have to wait four hours and 45 minutes before they can attack again; that means you can only manage about 12 attacks on opponents, even if you stick to a strict schedule. If players were allowed to play more, they surely would—and perhaps more players would realize the game's potential and feel motivated to play it more often.
