First of all, people in torn have lives.. I was able to withdraw my free raffle instant wins without problems. True it wasn't an instant withdrawal, and I didn't expect it to be. Even I can't be on torn 24/7. Below are some of my "free" winnings. I was able to withdraw the 100m I won from BlackBox Casino and even got 2 giveaway feathery hotel coupons as well.
Edit: And I never even deposited anything as I got my tickets for free and won instants. The giveaways are also free just need to be on the server. They don't even ask requirements to be done before being able to join these giveaways.
