I brought 10 donator packs at 22:20 torn time or 8:20 brisbane time and they weren't added to my items i keep checking my events and its not popping up please help i dont wanna lose my donator packs im happy to send a screen shot of my transactions to show that I purchased them

Don't post your transactions here, first have a look at these logs to 100% confirm payment went through and double check, you're looking in the right place, they'll appear under supply cache
Failing that, and you're sure payment has went through with no caches recieved, email: Payments@torn.com
