As above, you'll need to farm more emails or wait for interest to be generated.
You don't have enough emails farmed, or you had done too many recently.
That message about awaiting responses only happens if you managed to get at least one person interested in your spam, and the higher the crime the more potential targets (total emails) you need for someone to fall for them...
