💜Torn Together💜

Torn can be intense.

We celebrate victories, survive losses, chase goals, and spend countless hours building our stories.

But behind every player is a real person with real emotions, real struggles, and a life beyond the screen.

Torn Together was created with one simple idea:

No one should feel like they have to carry life's burdens alone.

Whether you've had a difficult day, you're feeling overwhelmed, you're struggling with anxiety, stress, loneliness, grief, burnout, or you simply need someone to talk to, you'll always find a warm welcome here.

This is a community built on compassion, empathy, and understanding. We aren't here to judge you, fix you, or tell you how to live your life.

We're here to listen, support one another, and remind each other that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

 💜What You'll Find Here💜

A welcoming and inclusive community.

Friendly conversations with people who genuinely care.

A safe place to share your thoughts without fear of ridicule.

Peer support from fellow Torn players.

Mental wellness discussions, self-care ideas, and helpful resources.

Encouragement during difficult moments

A chance to make lasting friendships built on trust and respect.

Sometimes you don't need advice.

Sometimes you just need someone to say, "I'm here. Tell me what's on your mind."

That's the kind of community we hope to build.

 💜Our Values💜

Kindness before judgment.

Listening before speaking.

Respect before assumptions.

Empathy before criticism.

Every story matters.

Every voice deserves to be heard.

💜Everyone Is Welcome💜

Whether you're a brand-new player or a veteran, outgoing or quiet, having the best day of your life or one of the hardest, there's a place for you here.

Come as you are.

There's no expectation to share anything you're not comfortable sharing. You can simply chat, make friends, support others, or quietly enjoy the company of people who understand that everyone has battles they don't always show.

If you feel more comfortable messaging me directly, that's also fine.

Together, we can make Torn just a little kinder.

💜A Gentle Reminder💜

Torn Together is a peer-support community, not a substitute for professional mental health care. While we're always happy to listen and support one another, we aren't trained therapists or crisis responders.

If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your area.

Be kind.

Be patient.

Be yourself.

Above all, remember this:

Even in a city built on crime and chaos, kindness still has a place.

Welcome to Torn Together.

We hope you'll help us create a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and never truly alone.

GBoopsie [4069845]

💜Check-In💜

Welcome to our first community check-in.

No pressure, no expectations, just a place to pause for a moment and connect.

How are you doing today?

You can answer with as much or as little as you'd like.

Share how your day has been, something you're looking forward to, something that's been on your mind, or even just drop an emoji to let everyone know you're here.

Remember, this community is built on kindness and respect. Sometimes the best thing we can do for someone is simply listen.

We're glad you're here.

Blair_Bear [2616710]

Ok well I guess I'll go first. Today isn't a bad one. And being able to say that is a good thing.

I seen my psychiatrist today. Glad I did.

GBoopsie [4069845]

That's actually really good to hear. Not every day has to be amazing Blair_Bear, sometimes "not bad" is a win.

I'm proud of you for going to see your psychiatrist. I hope the appointment was helpful. That's a really positive step, and you should give yourself credit for it.

Healing isn't always a straight line, but every time you choose to keep going, you're making progress. I hope tomorrow gives you even more reasons to smile. You've got this!

I'm here if you want to talk about how your appointment went, or you just need someone to listen

Blair_Bear [2616710]

Yeah I guess getting answers made is a bit lighter. So,yep I'm comfortable in saying it wasn't a bad day.

I appreciate that man! And do you mean here↓↓ or just like, chat in general? Can't get too personal. Is Torn Afterall

GBoopsie [4069845]

I'm really glad it gave you some answers and made things feel a bit lighter.

That's a solid outcome, and you deserve to hold onto that.

And yeah, I just meant here in chat if you ever feel like talking. No pressure, and I totally respect your boundaries.

We don't have to get into anything super personal, sometimes it's enough to just chat, vent about your day, or distract yourself with random stuff.

Either way, I'm happy to hear today wasn't a bad day. I hope you get a few more of those.

I'm here for you my bro, in whatever capacity feels comfortable for you

Dino_Dinovic [4005842]

Hey, I’m doing really fine. This year I passed my job qualification exams and last week I started new job to raise my certification further. This comes with a lot of new stuff to learn both with bigger responsibilities. I’m exhausted but satisfied. I’m loaded with work - but with purpose. I’m paid less - but with perspective for career development and good rise in the future.

wish everyone of you to stop asking yourself “where do I go” and rather plan “when I’m going to reach my goal”

GBoopsie [4069845]

I'm so happy for you Viktor!

Passing your exams and starting a new role is something to be really proud of.

It sounds like you're carrying a heavy workload, but it's inspiring to see that you're doing it with such a clear sense of purpose and belief in your future.

That kind of dedication doesn't go unnoticed, and I'm sure it will pay off.

Your words really resonated with me. Shifting the question from "Where do I go?" to "When am I going to reach my goal?" is such a hopeful and empowering way to think.

Thank you for sharing that perspective. Wishing you continued strength, success, and the confidence to enjoy every milestone along the way.

You’ve earned it

Rinka [3398030]

I guess I am alright. Recently I been up and down. One thing I am sure that is I won't do harmful stuff for my own because I scared the pain, I don't even have any ear piercings.

Weight loss journey was doing fine although I hit the plateau. That is my second time to lose huge amount of weight.

I grew up with tons of traumas although i lost weight to 125lbs before I still had no confidence. People told me lots of negativities about my body before and after. Did a lot of stupid stuffs and decisions.

I been thinking about someone that I shouldn't miss of. He kinda gave me hope to live but now he told me he was in a low mood and always push every friendships and relationships away(and he don't know why). I guessed that's what we called avoidant? We haven't talked over 4 wks and I stopped texting him. Untill I saw him online today it triggered my mood...

Everyday I have to tell myself I am fine that's life.. sometimes merge into the standard society is tired.

GBoopsie [4069845]

Thank you for opening up Rinka. That couldn't have been easy to write.

Firstly, I'm really glad to hear you said you won't hurt yourself. I know things have been up and down lately, but that tells me there's still a part of you that's choosing to keep going, and I'm really proud of you for that.

You've already achieved something incredible by losing that amount of weight, not once, but twice. Hitting a plateau is frustrating, but it doesn't erase everything you've accomplished.

More importantly though, I think what you said about still lacking confidence after losing the weight says a lot. It sounds like the problem was never your body, it was the years of hurtful things people made you believe about yourself. Those wounds don't disappear just because the number on the scales changes.

As for him... I can understand why seeing him online brought all those feelings back. If he really is struggling and pushes people away, that's something he has to work through himself.

But please don't let your happiness or your hope depend on someone who isn't able to be there for you right now. You deserve people who choose to stay, not people you have to chase.

And when you said, "Every day I have to tell myself I am fine"... you don't always have to pretend to be okay. It's okay to have bad days. It's okay to be tired. Life can be exhausting, especially when you've carried trauma for so long and feel like you're trying to fit into a world that doesn't always understand you.

Just remember this: your past doesn't define your future, and your worth has never been determined by your weight, other people's opinions, or whether one person messages you back. You are worth so much more than that.

I'm here for you, my friend, in whatever capacity you need. Whether you want to vent, celebrate the good days, or just have someone listen, you don't have to carry it all on your own.

Rinka [3398030]

Thank you...I feel better today. Sometimes it is just hard to talk with people you know irl and the closed one.

GBoopsie [4069845]

I'm really glad you're feeling a bit better today.

And I get what you mean, sometimes it's actually harder to open up to the people closest to us.

There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.

I'm here for you, and I'm always happy to listen whenever you want to talk

Im proud of you

GBoopsie [4069845]

💜Check-In💜

Hi everyone

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to those of you who have already shared their stories. It takes courage to open up, and I genuinely appreciate every single post.

This community is still in its early days, but every supportive comment, every conversation, and every person who joins helps shape it into the kind of place we all hope it can become.

My goal is simple: to create a safe, welcoming space where people can talk openly about mental health without fear of judgment. Whether you're having a great day, struggling, or simply want somewhere to listen and know you're not alone, you're always welcome here.

There is no pressure to post. Some people find comfort in reading, others in sharing, and both are completely okay. If you do feel comfortable introducing yourself or telling us a little about your journey, we'd love to get to know you.

Let's continue building a community based on kindness, empathy, and respect, one conversation at a time.

Thank you for being here and for helping this little community grow. I hope that, together, we can create somewhere people genuinely look forward to visiting when they need support or simply a friendly place to chat.

Take care of yourselves, and don't forget to be kind to yourself too.

Elmich [4301192]

It's not easy for me to open up, cause every time I do the people I open up to use all that info as a weapon.  That being said I will try opening up one more time and if it happens again then I give up.

I work too hard for to little and I am always in a bad mood, I wish sometimes I could just hit a reset and start over.  My mental state is so dark at the moment I have forgotten who the real me is, when I look in the mirror all I see is a stranger or monster ( either one works for me).

Sorry for rambling and I hope all have a good day

GBoopsie [4069845]

Thank you for trusting us with something so personal Elmich.

I can only imagine how difficult it must have been to write this, especially after feeling like your trust has been broken in the past.

I'm really sorry you're carrying so much right now. Feeling like you've lost sight of who you are can be incredibly painful, but I want you to know that the person you describe isn't all that you are.

Sometimes when we're struggling, our minds become our harshest critics and convince us we're something we're not.

Please don't apologise for sending that message. This forum exists so people have somewhere they can speak openly without judgement, whether that's a few words or a long post. You're welcome here.

You mentioned feeling like you're working so hard for so little and wishing you could hit reset. Those feelings sound exhausting, and I'm glad you chose to share them instead of keeping them bottled up. You don't have to carry everything on your own.

I sometimes wish I could turn back the clock and do things differently too. But I try to focus on what's in front of me instead, how I can make tomorrow a little better than today, rather than dwelling on yesterday.

The past has shaped us, but it doesn't have to define the person we become.

Take things one step at a time. There's no expectation to share more than you're comfortable with, but if you ever feel ready, we're here to listen.

And if things start to feel overwhelming or you're worried about your safety, please consider reaching out to someone you trust or a mental health professional, you deserve support.

Thank you again for giving this community a chance. I genuinely hope this can be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Take care of yourself today, and I'm always here if you need to talk.

GBoopsie [4069845]

💜Check-In💜

It’s been quiet here for a little while, and that could mean two things…

Either everyone is feeling absolutely fantastic and we have no need to panic...

…or this little forum simply isn’t getting the exposure it needs to grow.

So, I thought I’d do a little check-in and see if there’s anyone out there in Torn who might need someone to talk to.

Maybe you’re having a great week. Maybe things have been a bit shit. Maybe you’re struggling with something that you haven’t really spoken to anyone about. Or maybe you’re just feeling a little lonely and could do with knowing there are other people out there who understand.

Whatever it is, you don’t have to deal with it completely on your own.

You don't need to write a huge post or share anything deeply personal. Even just saying “I'm not doing great at the moment” is enough to start a conversation.

And equally, if you're doing brilliantly right now, tell us that too! Sometimes a bit of positivity is exactly what someone else needs to see.

So let's give this place a little life.

Torn Together isn't about fixing people. It's about making sure nobody feels like they're facing everything alone.

So if you need to talk, talk.
If you need to listen, listen.
If you need a distraction, stick around.

And if you see someone struggling, take a minute to say hello.

You never know how much a small bit of kindness might mean to someone.

We're all fighting our own battles. We might as well fight them together.

GBoopsie [4069845]

Hey Zendryz glad you found us

Sometimes feeling a bit down can creep in without an obvious reason.

You don't have to figure it all out right away. If you feel like talking about what's been going on lately, we're here to listen
