OC Flight Blocker (Offensive)

You know who you are. Your OC is 3 hours out and you're eyeing a flight to Japan for a plushie run because "I'll be back in time." You won't. This script knows you won't. It blocks your Travel and Continue buttons when you don't have enough time to make the round trip before your OC starts, and it does not let you off easy about it. With nearly 950 unique insults loaded and ready, every attempt to bail on your team gets met with exactly the level of respect that decision deserves.

How It Works

The script does the math for you: your flight time there, your flight time back, plus a user-customizable buffer for when you inevitably get mugged or decide to loiter at the destination. If the round trip doesn't clear your OC start time, the buttons are blocked and you get a fresh insult served up as a deserved reality check.

There's a config button at the top of your travel panel that will let you enable/disable blocking as well as specify a layover buffer (to account for how long you will be in the country). It doesn't use API, touch your account or automate anything, it just puts a visual cage around your bad decisions.

Ducks of Quacken are making installation of this script a mandatory final step before kicking for anyone who delays twice in a month

If I could implement some sort of tracker for that compliance, I totally would lol. Side note, if anyone wants to adjust the layover buffer time, you can change it on this line near the top of the script:

If ya want, but they cannot be “Rated PG” insults - not going to blow smoke, I used AI to generate that first batch of 335 :P

great concept, have tried this for a couple days now and it has a bug that when i have finished an OC and then chose a new one it’s picking up the block from last time, currently don’t have an OC for another 1.2 days and it’s blocking flights saying “ flight in less than 96min” 

Thank you, I will look into it. I have a feeling I know what is causing it - related to the time cache only having it update every 12 hours. I need it to 'expire' the moment the OC kicks off (or set the cache to 60 seconds until the OC is no longer queued up)

Patch has been pushed - I can't test locally for a couple days until my OC kicks off though, so hopefully it resolved the issue =)

Just added a settings panel that lets you enable/disable blocking as well as add/edit/delete your API key. The Flight Blocker button will be green when blocking is enabled, or gray when disabled.

No longer requires API. Addeed a settings panel accessible by a button at the top of the travel agency page. Shows your OC timer and maximum allowed flight time based on round trip time + user specified layover buffer (how long you want to allow yourself to be abroad for buying, mugging, being mugged, etc.).

Patched an issue where it wasn't working within 1 hour of the OC start time. It seems like the class name for the OC icon changes. 

Might give this a shot. More likely I'll just recommend it to... many other people 😋
