Report creation uses format (bug: date format uses dashes and in yyyy-mm-dd instead of dd/mm/yy like elsewhere in Torn - this might be for sorting purposes on your end so not a bug?)

So while the time and date might be inconsistent between reports and events, the time format and date format are consistent.
But for creation and replies to reports it's a different format for both the time and/or the date.
Not a huge bug but oddly inconsistent to use American time formats for replies to reports and that's the only place in Torn it's used?? And then a different date format for report creation date stamps (this might be for sorting on your end, which is fine, just quirky I guess)
