Hello, whenever I get hospitalized, the rules tab on the area navigation bar pops up and gets highlighted. It goes away when I visit a different area, but stays if I refresh the page. Occurs on Chrome browser, even with extensions disabled, does not occur on Android mobile.

Hello, just wanted to provide additional information here. I tested it with a friend and it seems to only happen whenever I get hospitalised, not after a leave or a mug
Update, recently got the annual notification to review and accept the rules again. After doing so, the issue no longer seems to occur. Not sure what could've been causing it, is it possible that there's a discrepancy between the timer for the rules page and a players actual age in game (merits/awards)? ie, one going off of actual date and the other going off of number of days
Nevermind, started doing it again, now happening on mugs as well.
