I am afraid we won't be refunding any energy here, at least not individually, we haven't done so in the past either. As was mentioned in the announcement, these are meant to be test attacks where things can go wrong. … - tits [3679976]

i joined the queue, got down to 0 and was stuck on being 0 in the queue for 5 minutes, got the gateway error and it took my energy anyway after i used a crocozade to take me to the …

Log shows me join at 17:29:32, it shows him defeated 17:29:42 10
seconds later. Here is a screenshot with me 18 seconds into the fight with it still alive somehow
Also happened to me. Sat on 0 person in the queue for like 2min then 504'd. Finally came back to see the pinata was dead and 25e missing
I was queueing from the second I could attack. 17:26 TCT torn completely lagged out for me (as I reached 0 in the queue) 404 errors until 17:29, which by then the pinata was dead, and my logs stating I "assisted" in defeating them.

never got to see the attack - stuck at postion 0 then crashed
same for me, i stalemated at the start so rejoined the queue. Got back down to zero and it all froze, no join button and the actions log stopped updating - then it came up defeated so i clicked that to go through to the log and it took my energy

Not the pinata but related as I couldn't make any hits due to the ongoing attack

I am afraid we won't be refunding any energy here, at least not individually, we haven't done so in the past either. As was mentioned in the announcement, these are meant to be test attacks where things can go wrong. If we manually review each case for refunds, we would be sitting here all month processing these. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I was in the queue made it to 0 right about when it got taken down, never got to enter the fight, lost 25 E
