I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.
Whenever there is 1 minute left on the timer, it resets back to 2 minutes.
I closed TT and recreated the room, but the issue still persists.

There was a problem that prevented to cron to start and locked the process - in such cases it will unlock itself after some time, should be ok now.
Same here, but on official events. Counter gets to one minute, then resets.
EDIT: I'm on regular desktop, no Torntools.
EDIT EDIT: it resolved after I left race and waited 15 mins to join another. Dunno what happens for custom.
Happening to me as well, timer gets to about 45 seconds then adds 1 minute.
Official race, desktop with torntools on. I have now left the race.
Still waiting for a race to start...
Passing to Pavel for checking, chron might be stuck.
