I tried logging in on my home computer, and it wouldn't send the 6-digit two factor authentication code when prompted. I waited the 5 minutes and hit resend, and it still didn't send it. I was on server ww11. I switched servers to ww15 and the e-mail went through just fine. It didn't go to my spam or any other folder.

The email being sent is not dependent on which server you are playing from. I have had this issue checked with the devs very recently and we do not have any problems with the email service, so I have to assume it is your service provider that is causing the delays. I will highly recommend you to setup Authenticator based 2FA, it is highly reliable and simple to use. Email authenticator can be shaky based on your how your service provider and your own device handles traffic.
