is there a way to beat someone by yourself but u deal 0 damage to that person, is there something i can do? or is it just impossible to beat that dude

Use Epinephrine or do group fight. You can also use a weapon with empower/weaken bonus
Depends on how much higher than your strength their defense is.
Someone with 1 trillion stats? You aren't going to touch them without a massive group attack.
Someone with roughly similar stats that you got as a mission? Vicodin, epinephrine, having faction perks and personal merits in strength, ranked war weapon with empower.
Of course that was based on the mitigation from str/def inbalance - if this was due to EOD or other specials instead, those are just RNG per attack.
Sometimes just waiting for Xanax cd to wear off is enough but you would likely need someone to soften them for you or attack a few times
try explosives or smoke grenades, to make it easier to dodge/deal damage
If their attack is being mitigated from having too low strength vs their defense, the grenade will also do zero damage.
