Did the person who needed to add money have money available on hand?
Also why did you complete the trade when no money was added?
You couldn't, or they told you that they couldn't?
Did you try adding any yourself to see if they were being honest?
Edit: The "I couldn't add money" is one of the oldest scams out there
The player couldn't add money because you'd already accepted the trade on your end. The initiator of the trade can add or remove any elements to the trade only until the other party accepts the trade. The other party can also add or remove any elements in the same way till they accept the trade. After the other party accepts the trade, the trade is locked, where no further changes are possible to the contents on either side. lewok was the initiator, you were the other party in your trade.
