Hello all!
Was wondering, is there someone willing to pay extra for itmes with preaty-looking stat numbers?
Example Kevlar Gloves with 33.33 defence, Hammer with 18.18 damage and 55.55 accuracy etc.
Or do I just sell such items for what they are worth on the market?

I don't think that's a thing people are willing to pay extra for.
The only ones I've seen people pay extra are 69.69% qual lol, but even then you'd have to go out of your way to find a buyer
Some people do buy stuff with the absolute lowest quality, I seem to remember someone collecting really shit hammers
People pay for 0 quality stuff sometimes but not random number patterns that I have seen.

Your question can simply be answered with a yes or no.
Though let me explain why these things are worth selling for the maximum profit.
Armor in torn works like a gear ladder. Some Armor is just better than others.
and the TLDR is that Combat Armor is the best budget armor you can get.
So anything lower than combat you can just sell to vendor or other players willing to buy
