The milestones are:
~~~~~~~~~~
1 - 1 med pack
5 - 2 med pack
10 - 1 morphine
25 - 3 med pack
50 - 1 morphine 2 med pack
75 - 5 med pack
100 - 3 morphine 10 med pack
~~~~~~~~~~
And so on and so on
You cant count more then once 3 numbers away from the next milestone
(unless someone counts after you)
So the more you count the more rewards you get!
