Id like for there to be an app that requires no log in that uses your location to give you an hour by hour list of community resources and events that are open to all true social media can also obviously look out to further locations

What exactly do you mean by community resources?
That would be useful for sure, the easy part is writing the app, the hard part is getting the data. Inevitably, if you allow people to add stuff without log in (or even with), it's just gonna be spam.

Having a full list of community events around each user will require hundreds of users around them updating something everytime they see something in order to really have everything.
And for the no login thing, it is actually important to have a login since there are hooligans who will upload stupid shit and there needs to be a way to ban them. +having an account linked to stuff makes it easier to manage databases and if you're just looking then it's okay to use it as a guest account but definitely not for uploading.
