So what's the point of them?

     Brain storming what over mittens are for;

          Currently, it is in discussions but no definite plans  

          They will look good as a it stands Torn has a number of creative items and their use vary, some are weapons, mostly clothing, and few become defensive items: while also many miscellaneous items exist

          This mut what do you suggest, if oven mittens make a appearance in your inventory: How will you like them to be used, for instance; would they be something equipped or a miscellaneous trade item

Could make them glove armor and give them extra gimick stats:

Reduce burn damage effect from flamethrowers and molotovs

Double the damage of frying pans

Could have a few other gimick gloves related to niche weapons:

Mittens: 

Reduce freeze damage from snow cannon

Double ice pick damage

Rework latext gloves to

Reduce poison and toxin from blowgun and poison umbrella

Double scalpel damage

etc.

                  Well put and creative ideas,

  Flamethrower, snow cannon, pickaxe damage/reduction 

possibly even provides a bonus when worn during events

   :Temporary   (HEG, Grenade, Molotov) 

    Mittens’ deserve a place in the lore of Torn City,

         Staying upside up, hopefully ^
