During our war, I tried to initiate an attack for 25 energy, suddenly this messaged pops up "YOURE UNCONSCIOUS", realizing another guy suddenly attacked me split second after i clicked attack, so why is my 25 energy still consumed? The energy should be refunded to me since i was not even able to land any attack to anyone, why my 25 energy did not return back?

this isn't a bug, it's the system working as intended. 25 is spent when you start an attack - not when you first land a hit. getting your attack interrupted is an intended mechanic, doesn't matter when in the attack it took place. how would it be fair to who attacked you if you got your energy back?
Skill issue
You spend energy to join/start the fight.
It doesn't matter if you do anything afterwards, you spent that energy to rush into battle.
Closed per above, the energy is consumed to start an attack, not to finish an attack.
