Would the Anti Christ be roaming around civilization and whispering bad things into people's lives? Like do this or that and it will be so easy. 

Would the Anti Christ gather supporters and followers and hide them in secret before the Tribulation? Would He try to deter people from God using any means necessary?

Promuscuity is defined as any sexual activity outside of the promise of marriage between a man and a woman. Wouldn't that lead to sexual greed? And wouldn't this be a sin that be against the first commandment?

Their are spiritual  entities that can cause this sexual sinning you describe, these things have many names including demon, djinn, spirits, aliens, ect. These entities predate christ and the antichrist. Whether that leads to sexual greed? I'm not sure exactly what that means tbh. The first commandment is about worshipping other gods. The commandments #7 and #10 probably relate more to sexual sin. The antichrist will just be a regular mortal human being.
