Hi guys i saw online a way to store money was to use the bookies you place a bet then cancel to get your money back so you cant get mugged. Anyway i may have put all my money on now i cant get it back if anyone can help me get it back i will be extremely greatful. :)

To answer your question though, someone trolled you as you cannot cancel bets. Good luck on your bet, hopefully it pays out!
You probably saw very old outdated information which is not accurate any more. In Bookies 1.0 you could use it as a bank of sorts. But since 2018 this has not been possible. In the future, feel free to reach out to a staff member to ask a question to verify your information to prevent risking your money that way. You can also use the wiki, which has the relevant information.

You can use the ah to store money, place a bet you know won't win and it comes back in a 24 hour check. After 24 it's cash on hand. Downside is you might win and you don't get the check until someone out bids you.
