Chat noob

I obviously don't have that much time in this game. However, I've been here long enough to have accumulated a LARGE number of chats. whether it be trade discussions, faction convos, recruiting for jobs, rental stuff, complaining, etc.

Why the heck can I not delete chats!?

My goodness I know I'm not the only person that makes sure I don't have any notifications pending, chats open, etc. I enjoy maintaining a clean look in my UI's no matter what game I play. Obviously, that's a me problem, I get it. Just feels like this could be a relatively trivial add for QOL. I get random messages from scammers and other chats that sit empty for the entirety of my torn life... please for the love of TornVana, TornHalla, whatever... please give me a way to delete chats.

Hmm not a bad idea but controversial 

I assume you're referring to the Private Chats menu that shows your most recent chats in order of recency. I'm not really sure what the need here is for this. You want a way to delete them from that menu for the sake of a "clean looking UI" but that's just going to be a neverending uphill battle, because people will always message you. I suppose if you truly want a clean looking UI, there is a solution, but I don't think you'd like it very much.

Click on the settings gear and there's a close all private chats button. But to my knowledge it closes ALL the chats not just one
