What does one do about being mugged over and over again? This is like 8 times in the past day or so?

Try changing your honor bar. Maybe that's why they're attacking you, and the muggings are just a side effect
Definitely second this one... If you're unsure how you got Domino Effect, the honors page explains it. People could be attacking you for the merit.
Also like Spidernnam said, if you make yourself unprofitable, people will eventually stop mugging you. Waste of Energy.
How can I sell me energy ?
You cant directly sell it
But you can sell losses, that is attacking other players and losing on purpose, and they will pay you.
You can also make money from your energy by selling escapes, which is a bit more difficult, or joining a war faction and participating in wars.
