I was under the impression that the bonuses of plunder weapons were always full intergers. Earlier today though I saw this on an attack log.
Is this a bug, or can plunder weapons have decimals in the bonus?

Torn rounds some stuff, lots of invisible decimals.
It's not just can have, every plunder weapon has decimals shown in the attack log
