Successfully completed Counter Offer. Item payout was flexible body armor (received), china lake (received) and a type 98 anti tank (not received) in faction armory. I'm currently posting this with TornTools disabled.

There are two Anti Tanks in your faction's armory, one that has been donated to the armory and the other from the OC. Nothing is missing
