Dumping?

This is probably a silly question but i'm just curious, do players throw things into the dump even after they have completed the merits for it? I have been finding cars, armour and all sorts when i have occasionally searched when i have 5E left before i come off, would most of these items be just dumped for the merits or do people who are rich just throw decently valued stuff away when they can't be bothered to sell it? 

This may be silly i know but i have just always wondered about this.

Yea i know its not worth the energy spent on searching, im just wondering if people continue to dump things even after getting the merits for it. Every item is worth something after all!

A lot of it is mainly junk people are too lazy to sell. Most of the high end items are for the merit. With the uptick in the player base recently, it’s likely you’ve been finding more high end items from people getting the merit
