im going to get lvl 100 in graffiti should i stop at a 100 or continue till i get the urban legend honor. that is the last honor i need to get for graffit9i

True. If you want it, it's better to go for it while the rep is still there. It'll only decay over time and you'll have to get them all back up to 500 again. I've still got the last two places to get from 0-500.
