Items disappear while using Use Another function

This has happened to me twice now. Once when I was opening a bunch of old wallets. Most recently (2 days ago) when I was drinking beer...

 

OLD WALLET

  1. was in my items, supply packs
  2. opened one bifold
  3. used the "Open" arrow to Open a wallet
  4. selected yes
  5. wallet opened
  6. selected option to "Use another"
  7. wallet opened
  8. I repeated these about 10 times (I had a lot of old wallets)
  9. after about 10 attempts, the remaining wallets just vanished from my items list

 

I didn't think much of it until yesterday, when I was drinking my bottles of beer

 

BEER

I had 17 bottles of beer.

I used the same function:

  1. went to my items
  2. opened the first bottle using the 'tick' (drink)
  3. selected the "Use another" function
  4. repeated until I had drunk 12 beers
  5. went to drink my 13th, and all my beers had vanished
  6. I had the alcohol cooldown of 12 hours, but was wanting to use all 17 (I know it's not many, but it mattered to me :(

 

I can't share a screenshot of the steps I used in the beer, as there aren't any left in my items

 

If I open each one individually (I did think for a bunch of coin purses), then I can open as many as I like. 

 

The bug only seems to occur when using the "Use another" function, and it works great for about 10-12 times then fails, and any remaining items disappear from my items list.

You have used exactly one old wallet which is shown in your screenshot, you have not used more after that. You have obtained 3 additional old wallets per the logs. And I can see all of those 25 old wallets in your inventory right now.

 

 

If you actually clicked Use another and had it worked, the additional logs would have been present in your account like so:

 

 

Regarding Bottle of Beer, you had exactly 13 Bottles of Beer in your inventory, so you were allowed to use another 12 times. I also have the logs of all of the Beer that you have obtained since you last time emptied your stock 3 months ago. You have obtained 13 Bottle of Beer since then and you drank all of them:
