If everything written in the messages is true, few hundreds points are really not a big deal.
Having few of their members flying with 40 more on torn available to be attacked sounds more a skill issue from your side rather than not following the terms.
You cannot force others to stay in torn for days, unless they were actively tirtling with self hosp, your side should have been able to score points normally.
Do you have screenshots of them trying to actively score points after the threshold or them actively turtling?
At the end only going for the chain bonus hit on your faction was the thing that could have been avoided from their side but every thing else isn't really worth a post in gd
