"Sponsored" traders show up at the highest level no matter the price. What used to mean "you get good deal" now means "they paid me, so you gon buy from them now". Since when did Amazon and Google shady practises and scummy corporate tactics become the norm. This is just a bad thing in general, imitating the worst parts of capitalism. At this point, soon it is going to be premium+ now when everyone eventually has to get premium to compete.
Be pro-consumer, not pro-corpo

The multiple sponsored listings appearing is a bug that I'm actively working on.
After I've fixed this, only the top listing will ever be sponsored and there will also be a setting for logged-in users to disable sponsored listings from appearing at all.
Sometimes I buy from more expensive bazaars if the quantity I need is there and it's still below or around market price. This is such a non-issue that if all you care about it buying the lowest price then it takes 1 singular braincell to avoid paying the higher price
Literal classified anti consumer tactics is what it's called, so I'm going to complain about it as a consumer. Hopefully that double appearance is actually a bug and the sponsored bazaars disabling feature gets added, but that's a future fix.
If it was implemented like an ad, for example, to the sides or just like a separate field itself, sure that would be good, like the newspaper example, but it's not right now.

He’s introducing some premium features as he should make some cash off this considering the number of users it has daily.
People can still use it just fine.
Maybe don't have an overpriced bazaar baiting people to overpay and you'll get more business?
I dont like this. Sponsorship isnt going to get the traders extra trades fairly, its gonna trick people into thinking they are selling or buying at the best price (because no, we dont check, because we assume that a list sorted by price is going to be sorted by price, not by how much they paid weav3r). So essentially you have traders paying you to scam people. Way to go weav3r. Good job
Yeah, but I can complain about anti consumer tactics being used. There are better ways to gain revenue and show sponsored content than copying Amazon bar for bar
weav3r has the API key of most players in torn. Data that wuold take years to gather can be gathered (and is gathered) from those keys in a few seconds. Ive seen multiple posts and tools made by weav3r that use this information and have gotten him karma and money. Hes being greedy
I wouldn't say scammers would thrive or ita scam oriented, but it is unfair as weav3r implemented it right now
You do the same shit all day everyday. Just about any time I look in trade chat, you're in there advertising best prices with prices all above MV, let alone bazaar value lol.
Difference is you're not getting the free publicity so you have to sit there spamming all day.
It is exactly as fair as the vicoxan or mistletoe tricks in bazaar, or adding items underpriced then changing price for buyers to overpay. And last i heard, those were called scamming.
I sell RW related items. I don't do bazaar trades. I mostly sell to traders anything that would be the usual "bazaar sell" items. The reason they are overpriced is because I haven't touched it in so long
