So how are the first two coloured that way?
How did you achieve this again? Was there an error or anything on the frontend?
No error message that I saw. It was late so I didn't test much sorry, limited by the lock. But I did repeat it a second time. Chrome PC, Only torn tools.
Unset all > no icon update
Can then set the first, still doesn't trigger refresh.

It's not something I can repeatedly test because of the cool downs, I can try again now we're off war perks. But only twice.

Tested the reported scenario without refreshing the page.
Unset consecutive upgrades and then set them again. Upgrade icons/states, assigned respect, and available respect updated correctly after each action.
Unable to reproduce the reported refresh issue.
