I’m sure this has already been covered but I’ll mention it just in case:
It would be nice if property upgrades were cumulative for multi-step upgrades. For example with a PI: having the sufficient interior modification for $125m should reduce the price of the superior interior modification by that amount. IOW, we shouldn’t lose $125m because we didn’t have the cash to do the max upgrade initially.
