Is there a perk earned somewhere that causes property upkeep to be lowered? I ask because I know a maxed PI is about 352k per day, but mine is only 252k. I see nothing listed in my perks and I cannot seem to figure out why mine is 100k less than normal

Upkeep is 252k, staff wages are 100k, for the total of 352k so have you hired staff?
All staff hired, happy at 5025...maybe its because I had just hired the staff so their 100k fee hadn't been applied yet 🤷🏻♂️

Seven star or above lingerie stores do have a passive that removes all your property upkeep costs, but since you don't work in a lingerie store and the passive should've removed all the costs rather than part of it, in your case it's likely what you think it is: the 100k fee hasn't been applied yet.
