Nope. Once used, cannot be refunded. I see that you sold a lot of items in Item Market. Wouldn't using Bazaar make more profit for you as you don't need to pay the 5% market fees?

Only way to get it back is by using the bazaar to sell shit, you can then buy more points from the profit.

(theres a merit by selling to X number if people on your bazzar so you only need to buy 249 points if you got that)
