Guessing a really anonymous, anonymous bounty?
They’re a conglomerate that coordinates bounties with other people. Let’s say you want to bounty someone 30 times. You can only use your ten bounties, so you contact BHG or another group, and they contact their guys to use their bounty slots at a premium.
NST is another service provider. Besides bounties, you can have flight delays, mercenary services, etc.

each people can only bounty someone 10x max, so if you want to bounty them for more than 10, you can contact BHG for the bounty slot.
or if you want to earn money by bountying people, you can sell your bounty slot over there
I use NST but there the same I recommend joining 1 of the 2 if just to sell your bounties slots. It wont make you rich but it will help buy a xan or 2 per day. Just stay away from the 100k bounties sometimes they never get claimed then you have to wait 5 days for them to get canceled.
What i do is 2 to 3 per target requested so more get claimed daily and I can maximize how many I do in a day
