At what point is using an SE cheaper than Xan for training, or generally something people consider?

i think you should never stop taking xanax maybe at some super late point SE big stat train with xanax the rest but i could be wrong tho you just stop rehabbing very late game tho
Even at rehab cap Xanax is still the cheapest energy source in the game, so people barely stop taking it.
The trade-off you are referencing with SEs is more about stopping Can/FHC Training for regular SEs. So when it is better to throw your money at SEs instead of Cans. That point is of couse dependent on current market values, but is usually somewhere between 3 and 4b in a stat. With the removal of the stat cap xanax will always outpermform SEs per cost, esp given SEs cap and xans (as far as we know) do not :) so you're best to compare SEs vs other boosters as mentioned above
Xanax uses drug coolddown
SE uses booster cooldown
You will never need to decide between them.
in terms of stat gain per dollar its around 22 billion in one stat, so if your limiting factor to training is money then at 22b you go to SE and natural energy. If you aren't limited by money then you should keep taking xanax because more training in the gym means more stats.
oh, I guess the exact number would depend on various factors like your faction steadfast perk and other things that affect gym gains.

If you ask me the most efficient number is 5-7 b. You get 1b each stat then whore one completely until you’re blue in the face or get 5-7 b then you SE. se that stat only.
but to answer your question fully it depends on your money. If you can SE at 1b and maintain it ithiut a problem do it. If you wanna wait do that. Money is everything if you can afford SE start at 2b if you can’t just wait 5-7
