Listen, man, I'm all for shitting on people who don't keep their word, but uh... that didn't actually happen here... No agreement was made (nor do I believe there ever should be, but that's a different topic entirely), so no agreement was broken, and it seems they made it clear before the war that they were not agreeing to the terms presented.
