Like why can players give 99b.. can leaders not set a maximum allowance for sending?

You know the answer to that. It's because the drama is good for Torn overall. And what would that even solve? so a vault thief would have to empty the vault in 5 different payouts instead of all at once.
why? faction vault is not personal vault. and vault thiefs are nice drama addition to torn
You've been here far too long to be suggesting this. You know full well that you either fully trust the person that you're giving vault access to or you don't and take a risk. Vault thefts hurt, sure, but this is a crime game.
