Disagree on the Smurf, goes to 5% but also because it overkills by so much, it's absolutely viable on higher lvls. A lvl 80 still gets 100% bonus damage AND has health. A 60 200%.

So in actuality the top end smurfs are probably best on people lvl 50-80 rather than 15. You're still getting the 1-2 hit kills while having health.

Accuracy on smurf weapons is trash though. The inconsistency is what brings it down for me
