Just finished Intravenous Therapy to get blood unlocked. Now, what should the upcoming courses be? All in all, what is the sequence, what should I prioritise and train first? Thanks!

Bachelor of Sports Science. Don't listen to the people who are going to come here and tell you to do General Studies Bachelors for the boost in work stats ... they're buffoons ... all of them.
Get the Bachelor of Sports Science next because it gives you a permanent 1% boost in all gym gains.
Check out this guide, I agree a bachelor's in sports sciene should be high on your priority.

Dont listen to him, TRUST me that %10 for all future edus are the best thing in torn
Your work stats are far more valuable while attacking than any other gym stat
With endurance you can resist more hits
With intelligence you can land more hits
And the most important, with manual labour you use significantly less e while attacking (up to 15e!!!)
