What am I Doing?
- I’m offering properties rentals for $1 per week.
- Properties are nothing fancy or anything that you will want to live in super long term.
- Properties are to help new players in their early days.
Who Can Rent!
- GreenLeafs or Newer Players looking for a Short Term stay in a property that will provide better perks than the standard shack, trailer, apartment, etc. etc.

Ranch - 1200 Happy with current upgrades.

Ranch - 1200 Happy with current upgrades.
(RENTED) - (Property includes Pool and Shooting Range
Ranch - 1200 Happy with current upgrades.
(AVAILABLE) - (Property includes Pool and Shooting Range)
Castle - 1850 Happy with current upgrades
(AVAILABLE) - (Property includes Pool, Shooting Range, and Medical Facility)
Castle - 1800 Happy with current upgrade.
(RENTED) - (Property includes Pool, and Shooting Range)
CASTLE - 1500 Happy with no upgrades.
(AVAILABLE) - (Standard property w/o any upgrades currently)
Perks
Pool - 2% Gym Gains
Shooting Range - 2% Damage
Medical Facility - 1% Life Regeneration

NOTE - Not every property is the same. Some will have upgrades that others won’t. NO VAULTS WILLL BE ADDED!

NOTE - Please send me a message if you are interested, as I will only check this post to update availability.
NOTE - Properties are first come first serve. IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING ANOTHER WEEK, it is your responsibility to let me know to extend you 2 days prior to it ending. WITHOUT THAT 2 DAYS NOTICE, I will assume you have made other living arrangements, and I have offered property to next person!
NOTE - If staff is available for hire in the property you are currently renting. It is the renter's responsibility to hire/pay for such staff, and is not included in the $1 rent payment.
