Seeing these issues across multiple browsers so i know its nothing wrong on my end.
Chat 2.0:
I have stayed on chat 2.0 because i always though it was more lightweight than 3.0 and made my pages load faster but the last month or so i was having issues with notifications popping up, if i already had a chat open with somebody and they sent a message the '1' notification would pop up for a second and disappear, and if i didn't notice it at the time the person would just think i was ignoring them, the only thing that helped is that i would notice how 1 new message on "People" tab, this was getting frustrating so i though i would make the switch to chat 3.0.
Chat 3.0:
This is even worse, the new message notification on the "people" tab flashes for a second and then completely disappears, and the chat tab doesn't even appear when somebody sends a message its completely broken if i dont happen to see the the '1' notification appear on the people tab briefly i literally would never even have known somebody sent a message. Confused on what i should do as both chat systems seem broken and completely unreliable.
