You need to trigger the unique that comes after reaching 5 star to be put in a crew, you have not triggered this unique yet.

How do I do that
The star on the button shows you there is a unique outcome available from doing that action.
(Or multiple stars if there is more than one unique outcome available)
So basically, you keep clicking on the east side button and each time you do there is a chance of getting it.
