My question is what percentage of this did you write, understand and test yourself?
My second is how much of it you can test and understand without needing AI.

There is no obvious link to your ToS which is not obviously stated anywhere and took me a little digging around to find it. It needs to be present wherever the user is asked to enter their API key.
