I do not think this is legal because you are on one page. You would have to have a second page open...but i may be wrong.

Update 1.1 is out. Now the chat wont show up in the overlay anymore allowing you to use both at the same time

Alright, i need an answer on this before i use it
As long as the overlay is manually opened (≙ the second page loading is manually initiated) by the user the overlay is legal according to IceBlueFire. As the overlay is opened by the user clicking the button it is completely legal.
Version 1.2 is out and added customizable shortcuts so you can quickly access other areas of torn as well. This way taking medical items from your faction armory or looking up prices on the item market are only one click away without disturbing what youre currently doing.
Patch 1.2.1: "Add current page" now adds page currently open in main window instead of the overlay to allow for easier adding of new pages.
