This should be fixed in API v1 now as well, both for 'user' -> 'messages' & 'user' -> 'newmessages', so I think even the push notifications in the android app should work properly now. Please let me know if it's …

Same issue still present on v1 - unless this is intentional?
Yeah, the fix was applied to v2 only.
The v1 has uhmm, a “bit” more complicated way to resolve this issue, but I suppose I can hardcode the fix tomorrow to API v1 too.
