Good job you were beasts. Insane activity and stat dominance when it mattered.

 

I had that sinking feeling for the very first time all elims on that last day when you were slowly approaching our ticket lead in Voltorbs: I was looking at when to switch up to coordinated push tick calls based on your rate of rise, then you suddenly surged 1000 tickets in the space of a tick or two, at our least active time of the day. Realised then that we could out-push you + GD forever on the ticks but when you were so efficient at getting tickets the other 14 mins we were just getting chomped too fast to make a dent any more. gg

Congratulations. Thankfully Gold Dust who sat on a pile of tokens and watched everyone below them fight to the death didn't win. The first real figh they got into they lost

YOU did it! YOU made all those hits, YOU repelled all those pushes!
Your fighting spirit was just amazing. 

Whether people were a Torn veteran, or a new player only 20 days old...everybody just...came together, worked together and fought together. Explaining stuff to each other, not questioning leadership (too much ;p ), and quickly grasped all concepts of pushes, self-hosping, ticks, and all more.


A big thank you to all the helpers and pushleads mentioned in LDP's post. You've been around whenever we needed you. Always response to pings, people jumping in, coordinating among yourselves, helping people out, fulfilling supply requests, leading pushes. The team doesn't even have a clue what y'all did for them. THANK YOU!

And of course my fellow vice-captains and Captain.

I knew most of you only by Torn name. Never met and spoken too (maybe in the forum or Maks two times when in PT). But somehow from the first second we all just had a shared connection. We all wanted to win, everybody took a natural role, everything so complementary to each other. Never been one fight, no discussions, just pure focus. I really enjoyed everything with you and I hope I didn't drive you all crazy haha.

LDP, Jairyll, Maks, Swatsicle, Defectus, Piccolo, a very very big thanks. We made a fucking nice piece of history together. Who thought we would pull it off in the 3v3 and especially the 2v1.... Gold Dust, a sincere thank you for keeping your word about going together to the 1v1. It couldn't be with even tickets as we hoped it would be, because of the big pressure from HV....but somehow APEX was so laserfocused it only took us 4 lives to close a 3.6k ticket gap. It just blew my mind. 

What a team you are!

A special thanks to all Sticks and Stones leadership. It was a blast getting to know you all! With great joy we lost our tickets and some lives to try to protect you. In the end it didn't work out, but it made me very great memories and probably some new friends. Thank you so much!

And instead of "Let's keep hunting!"......"Let's enjoy, celebrate! We did great, together, as a massive team of 1700+ people, with many many many many new and first time players. Thanks. It was really really worth the experience.

Thank you all so much, this was incredible! I honestly dont where this team got all their resources from, it seems we had never been tapped :D
We just went on and on and on!

All of you deserved this win so Im happy and proud we made it!!!
