I wish prize distribution was just based on overall hits ranked instead of the (place on team) × (team's place). You cant control the politics of the leads, or the other people on your team, but you can individually make more hits for better individual rewards.

Or its based on total hits across all teams?
It may be this tho... Its just if your team scores early you physically cant make more hits than others

I got top 100% with 63 hits. While I was out early (9L) dont think that every single other team had every single player make at least 63. If it was even top 95% I would assume it was the case that I just didnt have the chance to make attacks, but top 100% means there must be some sort of extra math going on.
Yeah, i was wrong. There is guy above with 200 hits in Apex. He got 9% reward. Same as top 1 hitter in Grass with 600+ hits.
Though my team got destroyed I got what I wanted .the purple heart honour for getting 50+ kills, apex congrats you guys are this years murder hornets

would actually make more sense that the 0 hitters could only pick from a choice of very shitty options
First place hitter in Elimination not getting any special prizes and getting the same as people who did 400 hits sux a bit. :P
Yeah that sucks. Winning team already gets the merits and special badge, but players who are getting carried shouldnt be getting the same rewards as someone carrying
