I once reported a HUGE multi ring and the admin in the reply let me know that yes they def were all multis of one person and they were indeed fedded, but that 2 others I thought were in the stable weren't part of it. 

Knowing that extra info obviously didn't make or break my gaming but it was nice to know that those few sus profiles weren't actually sus at all. So I get where you're coming from. "staff see notes" creates the same curiosity that that one massively priced parcel in the market brings, istg lol.
