Is there any reason, besides hoarding, to keep boosters after you achieve 100% in a crime? Like hard drive for bootlegging and so on?

There are also merits for personal perks and these items count towards them.
Still get CE boost from them, its not just skill.
Skill also goes above 100, not visually but in the background it still increases
