Does the ‘Addiction Mitigation’ merit upgrade also affect Company Addiction?
I feel as though I’ve had to rehab less often since the upgrade, but I’ve heard several times now that it doesn’t actually make a difference.
Any replies would be very helpful, thanks!

Addiction Mitigation: This upgrade will reduce the negative effects that addiction causes by 2% per upgrade. Addiction will have less of an impact on your battle stats, employee effectiveness, and education / gym access.

But basically it reduces the effect of high addiction (brain icon from using too many drugs -- the -% battlestats, company addiction, and getting kicked out of edu early, it doesn't lower how much addiction you receive. So with the 20% from the merit and 30% mitigation from the faction perk you can achieve 50% mitigation total.
You still have to spend the same amount on rehabbing overall, but if you wait until say -20 to rehab every time then you would have to fly to Switzerland very slightly less often with the addiction mitigation.
Big ol TL;DR is it's total shit and not worth a single point.
